Our wedding will be held in Palm Beach, a barrier island on the southeast coast of Florida, with beachfront and the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the intracoastal waterway and the city of West Palm Beach to the west. Temperatures are typically mild in December: 60s and 70s F.

Staying in Palm Beach or West Palm Beach will be most convenient for the weekend’s events.

Provided shuttles

We are providing shuttle buses for Saturday’s events.

  • Shuttles will leave from the Hilton West Palm Beach at 2:30pm to bring guests to the Ceremony at Royal Poinciana Chapel.

  • Shuttles will then carry guests from the Ceremony to the Reception at The Beach Club.

  • Shuttles will leave from The Beach Club on a loop beginning at 9:30pm to bring guests either back to the Hilton West Palm Beach or to the Afters event at E. R. Bradley’s Saloon.

Local travel

Uber and Lyft are reliably available throughout Palm Beach County.

Rental cars are also an option. Parking spots in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach are often metered, and availability of spots can be limited. Valet parking will be offered for the Welcome Party and the Reception. Free parking will be available at the Chapel during the ceremony.
